We are a social enterprise on a mission to transform the cleaning industry. Based in Derby, we provide professional office and venue cleaning services while creating life changing jobs for refugee women and survivors of modern day slavery. Locally, we’re growing fast. We’ve built a strong reputation in Derby for high-quality service and social impact, and we’re on track to grow from £500k to £1 million turnover within 12 months. Nationally, we’re looking to build something bigger. Over the past year, we’ve developed the core elements of a franchise offer and we’re now looking to support 20 mission-driven organisations around the UK to build their own versions of Upbeat Clean that bring life changing employment to their areas of focus. Our vision is a national movement that transforms the cleaning sector, organisation by organisation. We’re proud to be the first cleaning company in the UK to win a King’s Award for Enterprise for Promoting Opportunities, recognised for our impact on social mobility. This is due to our work in providing employment and leadership opportunities to those who had no opportunities.
